Every Cosy Road van is built to order. We take on a limited number of builds each quarter so we can give each van the attention it deserves.
Introductory Call
The process starts with a 30-minute call with our team — not a sales pitch, but a real conversation about how you live, where you go, and what matters most. We want to make sure The Cosy Road is the right van for you before you commit to anything.
Deposit & Options
A $5,000 deposit secures your build slot. Next, we confirm your color options, select upgrades and present you with the build contract. Upon signing the contract, we order your chassis and get your build underway.
The Build Process
Your build begins. You'll receive weekly updates from the workshop so you can watch the build come together and anticipate the completion date for your van.
Delivery Day
A full day at the workshop. We walk through everything — every system, every switch, every storage spot. You leave knowing your van completely.
We thought of everything so you don't have to. Rest assured, The Cosy Road is fully equipped with every modern convenience you would expect to find in a van this well designed.
Includes the 2025/26 Sprinter chassis, full conversion, all appliances, all systems, delivery preparation, and lifetime post-delivery support. $5,000 deposit secures your build slot.
